We ship only healthy kittens and don't want to bother a such fragile soul with many cargo thips. The kittens are born with zero immunitary system so at this time they develop everything in their little bodies.
We not even think that someone will return a such beauty of kitten. But if that will must be required by the buyer, we request a visit to the vet and obtain papers that will document that the kitten arrived to the buyer alreadt sick. If there the sickness its a simple issue, we better make a little refund than making this sould to travel again.
